At the Table – Wind and Rye Kitchen

Host Clark Wolf talks with Laci Sandoval, founder and owner of Wind and Rye Kitchen, a cooking school and event venue in Penngrove. Laci shares her path to creating this inviting space where students get a chance to do hands on cooking, and a rotating cast of chefs and bakers teach curious students in all sorts of cooking techniques. One of the frequent chef instructors is Daniel Kedan, formerly of the beloved Backyard Restaurant in Forestville. Chef Kedan now teaches at the Culinary Institute of America, and he talks with Clark about his upcoming courses at Wind and Rye. Laci
