Sarah Simms, president of the California Artisan Cheese Guild and co-founder of Lady & Larder cheese and charcuterie shops in Santa Monica and Carmel tells us about the Festival, cheesemaker Omer Seltzer of Mt. Eitan Cheese shares his delicious cheeses, and Vivien Straus, creator of the California Cheese Trail Map shares stories of her mother Ellen who cofounded the Marin Agricultural Land Trust.
