Healdsburg Luxury Retreat Rebrands

A boutique hotel in downtown Healdsburg is returning to its high-end roots, rebranding as Liora Estate less than a year after a shift to a more contemporary concept.

The North Bay Business Journal reports owner Foley Entertainment Group says the 16-room property is moving away from the social, event-heavy “27 North” identity to embrace a refined, European-inspired luxury aesthetic.

Guests can expect curated experiences like daily wine tastings, vinyl record collections, and seasonal fireplace service. The transition also brings a new culinary direction with the May 15th opening of Maréla, a Mediterranean wine bistro specializing in coastal seafood. Located on North Street, the estate is now positioning itself for both individual luxury stays and exclusive executive retreats.

Room rates at the revamped property are currently ranging from $480 to $900 per night.
