At the Table – The Wild Poppy

Host Clark Wolf talks with Martin Maigaard, the new chef/owner of The Wild Poppy just outside of Sebastopol. The restaurant is taking over the charming spot that until recently was the home of Fork Roadhouse. Martin and his wife are from Kansas, but lived here in Sonoma County in the early 2010s, before heading back to Kansas. They knew they wanted to return, and the perfect opportunity opened up when this beautiful spot became available. Their menu features their own tofu and other products, as well as farm to table produce and other local ingredients. The spot will open
