At the Table – Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Arts Department
Clark Wolf talks with Betsy Fischer, Chair of the Culinary Arts Department at Santa Rosa Junior College, and Cindy Mushet, Instructor for the Specialty Production Baking course at SRJC. The SRJC Bakery is open again after 2 years, due to the pandemic. Students prepare all kinds of delicious pastries, coffee, and desserts for the public to enjoy! Betsy and Cindy also share the amazing work the instructors do to help students learn all aspects of culinary arts: from hospitality, to culinary, and baking to front of the house. They hope to have the restaurant open in September.

A Conversation with J. Cage Cellars

Recently Roger and Donna Beery of J. Cage Cellars joined me in studio. These fans of wine took the extra step to get into the business, following their son and daughter, Conch and Whitney, to Sonoma County. Their previous relationship with Adam Lee in Austin took them further than they could have imagined when they hired him as their winemaker.
During the interview Roger shared the news of the opening of their new tasting room space in Windsor. They certainly have been making all the right moves, and I imagine they will continue to do so...as long as they "trust their cape."
Ask the Expert: Dr. Walter Tom – Renuva

Dr. Walter Tom of Aesthetic Laser and Centers talks with Robin Berardini about a brand new product called Renuva. Dr. Tom refers to this product as "Fat Off the Shelf" because it can be used to replace fat loss in the face and body, helping patients return to a more youthful look. It is also a long lasting procedure because your own body will generate the fat in the targeted areas.

At the Table – Bayou on the Bay
Clark Wolf talks with Chef Bradley Wildridge, owner of Bayou on the Bay. Chef Bradley shares the family roots of his pop-up kitchen and how you can try this cajun cooking (sometimes cajun fusion!) at various farmers markets and breweries around Sonoma County. Be sure to listen all the way through the conversation to learn about Chef Bradley's close encounter with Kevin Bacon's son. LOL

On the Wine Road LIVE – Adam Lee and Morét Brealynn

Host Jeff Davis talks Adam Lee and Morét Brealynn about their latest projects. Adam began working in the California wine industry in 1993, starting his own label in 1994 with Siduri Wines. You can find Adam's wines now with two different projects (there are always additional projects on the backburner) at Clarice Wine Company, and at Beau Marchais.
Morét Brealynn is the winemaker at her eponymous winery, and Adam Lee is her consultant. Morét Brealynn Wines can be found at local restaurants like Jackson's Bar and Oven in Santa Rosa.
On the Wine Road LIVE is produced in studio by Michelle Marques. This episode is sponsored by American AgCredit.
