During this episode of ROCK’nVINO, hosts Coco and Michelle talk with Ian Devereux White and Jefferson Lee Rhodes of the band Rhodes Devereux. Ian is also the vintner and founder of Smith Devereux Wines. Ian and Jeff have recently reunited to form their new band after years spent pursuing different passions. The two met while teens and formed a band called Standing Room Only. Now their life paths have converged again, and they are creating music informed by major turning points in their lives. Ian's winery has created wines for musicians like Matt Kearney and Kenny Aronoff, as well as Cedric the Entertainer.

Host Clark Wolf remembers Paula Downing, our dear friend who passed away recently. Paula was the market manager for the Sebastopol Farmers Market, as well as at the Santa Rosa Original Certified Farmers Market. She was also involved in the Slow Food Russian River chapter and Farm Trails. Guests share their memories of Paula, including Carmen Snyder, Executive Director of Farm Trails, Chef Mateo Granados who went out on his own after years of working for others thanks to Paula’s support at the Sebastopol Farmers Market, and Barbara Hom, current Manager of the Sebastopol Farmers Market, who Paula helped and inspired. Clark and Barbara also share the latest on the beloved Sebastopol Farmers Market as it comes back to life after the pandemic.

Known as the Godfather of Sustainability, Duff shares the journey that brought him to Dry Creek and Healdsburg and how the landscape has evolved over the years.
