At the Table – Viviane Bauquet Farre

Host Clark Wolf talks with Viviane Bauquet Farre, a chef, farmer, budding cheesemaker, and recipe creator who moved to Sonoma County with her husband to live their dreams of having a farm. They have a few acres outside of Sebastopol which they call Sky Farm, where Viviane has made her own personal garden. It produces enough to provide a CSA for 14 local families. She also loves to make her own cheese with milk from her herd share and additional milk from Straus. She uses produce and fruit from her garden and orchard to make preserves, liqueurs, and delicious
