Host Clark Wolf talks with Viviane Bauquet Farre, a chef, farmer, budding cheesemaker, and recipe creator who moved to Sonoma County with her husband to live their dreams of having a farm. She also loves to make her own cheese with milk from her herd share and additional milk from Straus.
