At the Table – Zweibel’s Bagels and Pastries

Host Clark Wolf talks with baker Karl Gergel about Zweibel’s – a purposely small baking operation that sells at Sonoma County farmers markets. Karl and his partner Ursule Amiot sell their delicious pastries, bagels, bialys, cookies, and granola at a handful of farmers markets, using whole grains, the best local butter (Straus!), and seasonal fruits and veggies. Clark and producer Michelle Marques get to sample a few of their creations on air and nearly die from happiness. Find Zweibel’s Saturdays from 8:30-12:00 at the Healdsburg Farmers Market, Sundays from 9:00-1:30 at the Sebastopol Farmers Market, and Tuesdays from 1:00-6:00pm
