Since moving to Las Vegas 15 years ago, Chef Nicole made her mark in the male-dominated culinary industry. She opened Wynn Las Vegas, served as chef di cucina at OTTO Encotoca, was the executive chef as Camevino, acted as the culinary director of Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group's Las Vegas operations and became the first female executive chef of an Eataly in the U.S.
