Host Clark Wolf talks with Geneva Melby and Ryan Miller of The Redwood, an extraordinarily good natural wine bar in Sebastopol. Alum of Ramen Gaijin and Khom Loi, the pair focus on a small menu filled with simple, extremely delicious dishes like their ethereal fried potatoes with pimenton aoli, little gem salad with pickled celery and seeds, and braised lamb shank.
